Concept type
Each model element from the GreenDesk Project Model Database belongs to a single Project. Use the Project Chooser in the Toolbar to choose the active Project.
Most Worksheets require you to choose a single Project, and will prompt you to choose one if you have not already.
You may also sometimes wish to choose no project (
<None>), in which case search tables will show elements from all Projects at once, which can be useful for comparing elements between different projects. If you choose a single active Project, search tables only show elements from within that Project.
The main view and edit pages for a model element kind simply shows the Project it belongs to, independent of the Project currently chosen in the Project Chooser.
