A Credit may or may not be applicable by the Expert System, depending on the project model data. A credit that is NOT applicable may not earn points.
Relevant Document

A Relevant Document is an Optional-But-Recommended Document that has been chosen by the user as relevant to a Credit, because it provides supporting evidence for the credit.
