Although all points appear to be have been earned towards the Credit, the document compliance has not yet been met, as indicated by the document compliance status icon .
As for every Green Star® Design & As Built credit a GBCA Credit Submission Template is required, which in GreenDesk is generated using a PDF export from a Credit Submission Form, which automatically includes data from all relevant worksheets. Once available, the Credit Submission Form export can be easily attached directly to the compliance document table.
However we see that many other compliance document kinds are required:
- An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for each non-PVC product claimed to have one.
- A Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or equivalent for each non-PVC product claimed to have one.
- An Audit Verification Certificate for each PVC product claimed to have one for its supplier or manufacturer.
- A Product Accreditation Certificate for each PVC product claimed to have one.
- An ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certificate for each supplier or manufacturer claimed to have one.
These can be uploaded using the ATTACH! link via some GreenDesk worksheet tables (depending on the Display Options), or via the credit's Expert System report for Compliance Documents, or via the Compliance Document table at the bottom of the credit view page.
There are also some Optional-But-Recommended Documents, which can be selected as Relevant Documents using the Compliance Document table at the bottom of the credit view page. If selected, they then become required documents and must also be uploaded.
